On FOX’s “Special Report” tonight ace reporter Catherine Herridge stated that the Email was released by a Judge involving a Law Case filed by JUDICIAL WATCH.

If Judicial Watch can acquire information through the US Legal System, then of what useful purpose is Speaker Boehner to the people of the United States of America?
Speaker Boehner has repeatedly refused to appoint a House Special Investigator for Benghazi, Fast and Furious, IRS, NSA, illegal amendments to Federal Laws, or any other of the many, many Obama Administration Scandals.
Speaker Boehner is a continuing disgrace to the Office of Speaker of the US House of Representatives!
With each passing day that the US House Members does not replace Speaker Boehner, Speaker (?) John Boehner continues to be THE Poster Boy for what is rotten in the formerly GREAT Republican Party, and the current US House of Representatives.
Look, almost everyone in D.C. is on the trillion dollar gravy train and so they put on a little play for us - left right left right.....while actually we only go left and down. Our part is supposed to be that we shut up and do as we are told.
Ted Cruz, Sarah, if she could get elected, and a very few others appear to be the exceptions.
