Columnist Charles Krauthammer contended, on Thursday’s Special Report with Bret Baier, that the release of the Ben Rhodes memo has changed the media dynamic in interest toward the Benghazi scandal because journalists are now “embarrassed” over being “rolled” by the White House:
“What’s changed now, and we saw it in the briefing room, is I think the other media are somewhat embarrassed by the fact that, unlike Fox, they allowed themselves to be stoned and spun and rolled for a year and a half and now the memo appears and it’s obvious that they missed the story.”

I call BS. The msm are not embarrassed. They are proud of their accomplishments in service to their master.
As much as they would like to convince us they were 'rolled' by the administration, they weren't - they were willing accomplices.

Somewhat embarrassed will soon change to Conspiracy to obstruct justice, and 2nd degree negligent homicide charges.
I thought this Kraeuterhammer guy was supposed to be smart. Just reinforces the stereotype of the inside the beltway crowd!
The MSM and it’s talent of liars will be forever tied to the greatest political propaganda scandal in our nation’s history. They should all be forced to wear a “Scarlet J” for Journolista.
Yeah, this is just CYA. They are trying to retain their appearance of journalistic integrity and objectivity. Without it, they might have to pay a price—in audience and revenue. But to suggest they are embarrassed on some moral or ethical plane is ridiculous and naïve in the extreme. I don’t get the reverence for Krauthammer at all. He and George Will covered for Obama before his first election. Will even threw a party for him.
Didn’t Krauthammer just pronounce this week or last that the Benghazi issue dead for lack of interest?

If the media was embarrassed about missing this story then they would be asking where Great Leader was when the Americans in the embassy were being killed. So far, the witnesses do not put Obama in the ‘situation’ room. If this were a republican president, that little fact would be in the headlines from today until three elections from now.
Don’t worry the MSM will take it out on the next Republican Administration.
