But when first navigating the new health insurance options that had sprung from the Affordable Care Act, even she had trouble getting straight answers.

Health insurers' provider directories often weren't current, and even doctors' offices were sometimes unsure of what plans they were in.

It's just one of the bumps that newly insured Americans and individuals switching health plans may encounter as they try to use their health insurance coverage under Obamacare.

In order to insure the uninsured, we first have to un-insure the insured. Next we require the newly un-insured to be re-insured. To re-insure the newly un-insured, they are required to pay extra charges to be re-insured.

The extra charges are required so that the original insured, who became un-insured, and then became re-insured, can pay enough extra so that the original un-insured can be insured for free.

There, I hope that this clarifies this issue once & for all.

And the last thing they will learn, after several more years of education, is just how badly Obamacare has screwed them and the country. Then they can graduate to a depressing life of government dependence in a country in decline.

“ I know you think you understand what you thought I said but I’m not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant”

I thought this was JFK, but it’s now attributed to Alan Greenspan. But that’s what your brilliant oration reminded me of.

Don’t mind me. I don’t know if I’m up late or didn’t go to bed yet. Must be all the caffeine I drank.

My grandad loved Abbot and Costello’s “Who’s On First”. There’s another one about “How To Shut Down Your Computer” http://aumha.org/a/budnlou.htm

Grammar / syntax Sheriff here to correct mangled terminology.

A "steep" learning curve means you accomplish a lot with a small amount of effort. A FLAT learning curve means little accomplished with a lot of effort.

Get it? Yes a "steep" hill is hard to climb but learning curves are not hills. Most screw this metaphor up and I cannot help but jump in to fix it. Analogy? Metaphor? wait what?

I hope all paying first-timers with ObamaCare will drop out next year. This is the worst law in our country’s history, and it needs to die.
