The extra charges are required so that the original insured, who became un-insured, and then became re-insured, can pay enough extra so that the original un-insured can be insured for free.

A "steep" learning curve means you accomplish a lot with a small amount of effort. A FLAT learning curve means little accomplished with a lot of effort.
Get it? Yes a "steep" hill is hard to climb but learning curves are not hills. Most screw this metaphor up and I cannot help but jump in to fix it. Analogy? Metaphor? wait what?
I hope all paying first-timers with ObamaCare will drop out next year. This is the worst law in our country’s history, and it needs to die.
