I’m thinking no one will get reduced in pay. And yes, I’m sure money goes a bit farther here than in Southern California, even though the property taxes are surprisingly high. For the price of a run-down shack in Torrance, one can buy a very decent large home in Plano:
No State taxes either right?
Take a map such as google and look at the city limits of Plano. There is very
little land equating to the acreage they are talking of purchasing that isn’t
developed. Most lies on the west side of Plano along the western boundary. Now
they may be talking Plano as a generic area and in truth maybe somewhere outside
of the city limits.
