SAN JOSE -- San Jose State has expelled three of the students charged with the racially tinged bullying of a freshman and extended one other student's suspension, requiring him to go to counseling and to remain on probation for the rest of his college career if he returns to school.
All four had been suspended pending final disciplinary action for allegedly subjecting then-17-year-old Donald Williams Jr. to repeated abuse, including wrestling him to the ground and fastening a bike lock around his neck, calling him racially derogatory names, locking him in his room and displaying a Confederate flag.
The expelled students are banned for life from enrolling in any California State University college, according to university documents and sources familiar with the investigation.

White on black racist bullying in schools is rare but when it happens, it makes the national news.
Compare that to the epidemic racist bullying, including violent assaults, by blacks of whites in schools in all levels of education. White college students going to school in an area with a nearby black population are routinely targeted and attacked by racist black thugs. But is is just a minor local story at best with any racial overtones, identities, or motives censored or spun away by our Corrupt Liberal Media.

The university system in California tolerates far worse things then that alleged here. I’ve seen people terrorized and intimidated by leftist thugs on UC campuses, even building takeovers, and...nothing. They get a lecture.
The point is that whites are now being punished severely for minor crimes while non whites are only punished mildly for serious crimes.
Don’t take my word for it. It’s part of the current plan to over prosecute whites on campuses because “blacks are disproportionately prosecuted”.
But you go right ahead believing what you want. If you think Murder is a Misdemeanor when committed by a nonwhite, but mean words are a felony when uttered by us Caspers, then there ain’t much to talk about.

Oakland does not have a black majority. It was about 27% a few years ago, but rapidly declining. It's probably about 25% now.

I guarantee you that even though convicted and sent up the road for a while that each and every one of these thugs will be able to not only attend a California State University system school should they decide to, but they would be able to get jobs with said system after the noise dies down a few years on.

No one said Leland Yee shouldn’t be punished. He should be prosecuted and put in prison. But the fact that you think he shouldn’t be prosecuted and should be killed in a drone strike indicates you come from the Obama mindset and probably hate the U.S. Constitution.

If Yee had been caught planning a weapons deal with Muslim terrorists anywhere outside of the country I guarantee you the U. S. military would have blown his butt sky high and I would have been just fine with it.
