This petition was started this weekend to stop Barack Obama from coming to visit the state after the recent tornadoes.
Stop Obama from Coming to Arkansas
We the people of Arkansas do not want or need Barack Obama in our state. He has never been here or paid us any attention. Our tornado victims have already been through way more than anyone should have to endure.. they do not need another storm of media and secret service and everything else a visit from a President entails to upset their destroyed lives. We respectfully ask that he send the money that would be spent visiting here to reconstruction efforts and stay away. We do not want him here and we do not like being used as a photo opportunity.

So far I haven’t been able to get a restraining order to keep him out of Michigan.
The residents do not need public safety resources diverted to a Presidential security detail, nor to they need the further humiliation of searches, etc, to be in the presence of the Great One.
That sounds completely like Common Sense. Something the Obama Gang does not understand or utilize. Tell him, he will get better poll results in November if he just sends a check, for 50. Million Dollars then he may understand. The President is free to pose for a selfie holding the check for 50 Million, if that serves to make him happy. So long as the check don’t bounce.
Any decent citizen of Arkansas I would think would be glad to sign the petition, have him stay in Washington D.C, play golf and send the money...Good and wise thinking.

I’m pretty sure Barack Obama has a constitutional right to travel to Arkansas, not that I’m unsympathetic!
Politicians always have to show up at a tragedy just for the photo op. I say, unless you’re going to bring your bib overalls, hip boots and a shovel and are ready to do some work, stay home.

First Lady M. has already been to Pine Bluff. Whenever Clinton was governor the State Troopers were racially profiling Hispanics. Now is their chance to racially profile a President by shutting down the highway as they did for the Clintons whenever they attended that wedding at Subiaco Academy.

Every state should consider him “persona non grata”.
Agree 110%. Why should taxpayers of many states pay for Obama’s visit to some state when the citizens there don’t want him & know he will probably do more harm than good anyway?
