Marshall Coulter, the 15-year-old who survived being shot in the head by a Marigny homeowner last July, is now accused of two separate home invasions, New Orleans police confirmed on Monday. The newest allegation revealed is the first time Coulter, whose family described him as a non-violent thief, is accused of a violent crime.
Police say Coulter broke into a house in the 900 block of Frenchmen Street on June 11, 2012, said Officer Garry Flot, a police spokesman. The residents returned home and found the teenager inside the house. The residents had a "struggle" with the teen, who then armed himself with the victims' gun, police said.

I'm just waiting for a shyster lawyer to show up and sue the homeowner who shot the boy last year. The lawyer will claim that the gunshot wound caused this poor peaceful child to to turn into a violent criminal.

This is the result of two things_three if you count the first victim wasn`t a better shot_ the thug represents the majority culture of N.O. His family are criminals and he was just doin business. The Marigny is surrounded by a decaying ghetto. Add in the influx of naive Seattle type hipsters who think the `funky ambience` of a crimeridden cesspool is outweighed by painting old roach trap houses and opening vegan bars and art galleries and you have victims feeding themselves to predators. The thing locals are amused by is the victim in this case. He walked in to find this thug in his home and decided to converse with him instead of being outraged and bashing said thug with something heavy! He was understanding and asked about school and such then sat on the porch and talked while waiting for cops. SUCH an understanding cooperative moron every thug hopes for! The thugs last words were...”no hard feelings?”. Of course not... Damn fools like this deserve to be victims. Other thugs will pick him off.
