The Obama administration is more certain than ever that global warming is changing Americans' daily lives and will worsen conclusions that scientists will detail in a massive federal report to be released Tuesday.
Once people thought global warming was more in the future and more of an issue in other parts of the world, but the National Climate Assessment will emphasize how the United States is already paying the multibillion-dollar price for man-made climate change, said study co-author Donald Wuebbles, a climate scientist at the University of Illinois.
"We're already seeing extreme weather and it's happening now," Wuebbles said Monday. "We're seeing more heat waves, particularly in the West and in the South."

OMG! Man are we glad we moved out of FL and sought high ground before the crush of folks start getting their feet wet. What a load of crap. Ya gotta give 'em credit for persistence even if the facts prove them wrong. They may as well pass some regulation concerning the allowable time the sun can shine. Guess I'm gonna be wearin' a scarlet "D" on my denier shirt. Proudly I might add.

In the West and South, we call it Spring, Wuebbles.

And for that report they’re going to need lots and lots of money, right? Well, some of us weren’t born yesterday. It doesn’t mean we still don’t have a gun to our heads, though.

Isn't it amazing how the solution to every crisis is to surrender your property and money to the feral government?

They think it’s bad now, wait until they find out there is a God. Instead of cooking up numbers to say what they want to get others money, they should check the book that tells the real story.

Sorry. No one believes anything from the government anymore. That attitude did not develop spontaneously or in a vacuum.

Yeah, of course we are already paying the price. We are paying it in the form of boondoggles and payoffs to political cronies of bammy and crew. Only they call it “investing in green energy.” What a crock, what a crook. Green energy technology isn’t ready for wide adoption. Green energy projects are just thinly veiled payoffs and scams. So yeah, we are feeling global warming’s effect on our wallets already.

Must pay higher taxes to employee more Federal drones and contractors and greenie crony capitalists to prevent global warming or whatever it is called today. Expand the Federale sector thus shrinking the public sector due to our static economic pie under Emperor JugEars

Just wondering out loud here...I wonder how many “climate scientists” we graduate vs. mechanical/electrical engineers, civil engineers, physicists, chemists, petroleum engineers...then I wonder what that ratio is in China.

We’re just finishing one of the coldest and snowiest winters in history here in God’s Country, and we could really use some of that so-called “global warming”.

Hey, whoa - a little respect, please. These are, after all, the people who presided over the current economic renaissance in the United States, put 105% of the labor market to work, created a perfectly functioning national health plan, and made Libya, Egypt, and Syria into the flower gardens of peace and love that they now are through enlightened foreign policy. Oh, and made Amtrak what it is today. And the Post Office.
With them in charge of environmental policy, what could possibly go wrong?
Yeah, funny you mentioned that, my Doc mentioned changing my dosages today too...
To: ThunderSleeps
And what makes the federal government such good stewards of the planet? And why are liberals such trusting sheep? But I guess that’s a completely different topic.

There is no man made Climate change. God set this up!! It is a contrived strategy to grab power over free enterprise. Defeat them. Reject them. They are “flat earth” idiots!!

I think the latest iteration is “climate disruption”.
