Benghazi matters because it was and is a matter of national honor. And the men and women currently in charge in Washington have no honor.
Honorable people do not let American diplomats twist slowly in the wind while they attend “debate prep” and rest up for a shakedown meeting with the One Percent. Honorable people do not suddenly go AWOL while American soil is under attack. Honorable people do not fail to mobilize the formidable resources of the American military, even if it might not be possible for them to get there in time. Honorable people, under questioning by Congress, do not lose their temper and start shouting. Honorable people do not look the bereaved in the eye and lie about who and what killed their loved ones.

I think Benghazi matters but it matters less than the abuse of power by the IRS and BLM, EPA and other agencies.
Benghazi was a good old fashions political screw-up. Yes it was serious, people died and it could have been prevented. Members of the administration should have had to resign, and maybe go to prison over the cover-up but the cover up is worse than the crime.
The Obamanation of Desolation administration has sought to stifle all opposition and used its power to silence dissent. These are things that violate the most basic tenants of the Republic.
The use of government agencies to silence political opposition is tyranny and is a greater threat to freedom. The demonrats that have done these things should be in prison, indeed these crimes should be capital offenses.

Yes. I understand that. It was incredibly bad judgement. A criminal act it was treasonous. But the usurpation of power that was set in motion by the Obama administration is so great that what happened in Benghazi does not rise to even 1/2 the level of the domestic abuse of power instigated by the current administration. The reason I think this is that I can if I try hard imagine that what was happening in Benghazi was a mistake. Liberals are stupid, maybe they were duped. Maybe they were applying misguided logic. Maybe they were just acting on their idiotic PC ideas.
What the IRS, BLM, NSA, EPA and other agencies are doing is organized, planned and deliberate. It is wide spread and not the work of a few incompetent flunkies or cadres who believe the world runs on rainbows and unicorn farts.
What happened at Benghazi possibly enabled a terrorist attack upon the US. What is happening domestically is an attempted overthrow of the US and is a far worse crime.
Once again my opinions are my own.
It is the difference between isolated treason and an actual coup.
Benghazi matters also because the person intimately involved with the happenings on 9/11/2012 aspires to become our national leader.

Years ago, I told an intern in DC to get out and drive the country—while we still had one.
Loathing of the people who have done harm to us is simply not comparable to the revulsion I have for them.
I noticed that Drudge has not had one reference to the Select Committee on Benghazi. No mention of Trey Gowdy chairing the Committee. No mention of the Democratic or Whitehouse responses. Is he sleeping on this? Does he really thin we care about the Washington ménage à trois with Bill, Hillary and Monica?
But isn’t “honor” just one of those theistic hangups? I mean, can science even prove that honor exists?
It doesn’t matter to those who could give a toss about national honor.

I totally disagree with you!!! Have you any dead people connected with the IRS scandal. Yes a scandal, but Benghazi-Gate is murder in the making orchestrated from the W.H. and State Dept, maybe even CIA
