I have had a few conversations with a man who makes his living as an NFL mascot . Like the cheerleaders he doesn’t make that much for his in game performances(He is known for his death defying stunts), but they clean up doing personal appearances

The cheerleaders should just all quit; that would really show the NFL. Then they could go back to their normal jobs as doctors and nuclear engineers.

we sat in front of the raiders dance team at the LA Colosseum. They were a buncha tall ones, but not much in the dance department. I was able to notice they could walk to a four count beat. Forgot who won the game or who the visitors were for that matter.

Teams don’t need cheerleaders

They accepted those terms when they signed up didn’t they?

From time to time, I sit close enough to see the cheerleaders up close and personal.

When the Cardinals first came to Arizona, I went to one of their games. I hadn't been to a professional football game in decades, and a Cardinals game was the closest thing to a professional football game for miles. I was amazed to see men staring at the cheerleaders on the jumbotron through binoculars. Those must be some very lonely guys.

If they will come and cheer the efforts of my software implementation team, we will try to show them respect and good fellowship.

“It is not as though anyone needs any of them, players, coaches, referees, cheerleaders.
Its all mere entertainment.”

It isn’t even that! (the football that is)! The last time I went to an NFL game, the play was so poor that only watching the cheerleaders saved the evening for me. Just glad I don’t live in “some big $hit hole city” that’s taxing me so they can provide a cheap place for these a$$holes to play in while the owners and a flock of brainless Holder’s persons get rich.

Did you know that there is a Costco receipt checker that has a facebook fan page with over 5000 likes?

The J-E-T-S did not even have cheerleaders until a few years ago and as a J-E-T-S fan I did not mind that one bit. I thought it fit the image of NY as a serious professional town. The football Giants are still one of the hold outs that do not have a cheer squad. I hope the J-E-T-S respond to this suit like I believe the Bungles did and get rid of the cheerleaders.

The only thing more useless than cheerleaders are those people who “look” at your receipt when you leave Costco.

I like Costco’s low markups, because they prevent theft. Receipt checking is one way to help do that, as these “checkers” develop a good sense for profiling and cart contents. They can also scrutinize anyone’s cart if security earlier noticed something suspicious.

They also make it easy for me to have a hotdog after checking out, without worrying that someone is putting my stuff into their cart.

Costco has the data to know they’re getting their money’s worth from the receipt checkers.

And the other 999 rejected applicants for each position will happily take the spot, unpaid.
