You haven't seen this story reported in the US? You haven't? I'm shocked. Well, it's all over the international media.

'The kidnapping of hundreds of children by Boko Haram is an unconscionable crime, and we will do everything possible to support the Nigerian government to return these young women to their homes and to hold the perpetrators to justice,' he said..."
(Kerry impression) This is just not how terrorism is done in the Twenty-First Century.
No, he didn't say that, but he may as well have. It's what he says about Putin.
Now, listen to what he said about the Islamists who kidnapped these girls. I'm not making this up. John Kerry on the Islamic terrorists who kidnapped 300 girls -- honest to God, I'm not making this up -- said, quote, "They don't offer anything except violence. They don't offer a health care plan." Really, Mr. Secretary? You mean if the kidnappers had a health care plan, it might mitigate the circumstance some? (interruption)
I am not making it up! (shaking paper) I have it right here in my formerly nicotine-stained fingers from the Cybercast News Service, and it's in the UK Daily Mail, too. On the Islamic terrorists who kidnapped 300 children: "They don't offer anything except violence. They don't offer a health care plan. They don't offer schools. They don't tell you how to build a nation.
"They don't talk about how they will provide jobs. They just tell people, 'You have to behave the way we tell you to,' and they will punish you if you don't." It sounds like the Democrat National Committee platform, to me, minus the health care. But honest to Pete! He's talking about Islamist terrorist kidnappers, and saying one of the things bad about them is that they don't offer a health care plan to their victims, or to any other terrorists.
Terrorists do not have Obamacare.
So they're really bad people.
And they don't build schools for the girls that they've kidnapped. He doesn't mean... He's talking about for themselves and their own children and all that, but this is how he's seeking to disqualify the terrorists! Here you have Islamists who terrorize and kidnap 300 girls. And John Kerry, in hopes of explaining what rotten scum they are, the first thing he points out is, "They don't offer a health care plan!"
That is condensed idiocy. And they don't build schools? So he's comparing militant Islam terrorists to what, Obama and the compassion of Democrats? "We have a health care plan. Those kidnappers, those terrorists, they don't." So I guess if they had a health care plan, it wouldn't be quite as bad to be kidnapped by them.

Every time I hear John Effin' open his yap I tell myself, "No, it couldn't possibly be worse than the last time." And every time he proves me wrong. He shouldn't be taking rhetoric coaching from Joe Biden.
But this one - wow. Clearly what he is doing is comparing a gang of child-kidnapping terrorist murderers to his own administration and finding only minor differences. Sure, we already know that, but I don't think the boss will be too happy about having it pointed out on the public stage.

Obama admin unilaterally changes law to allow immigrants

The Obama administration has issued new exemptions to a law that bars certain asylum-seekers and refugees who provided “limited material support” to terrorists who are believed to pose no threat from the U.S.
The Department of Homeland Security and the State Department published the new exemptions Wednesday in the Federal Register to narrow a ban in the Immigration and Nationality Act excluding refugees and asylum seekers who had provided limited material support, no matter how minor, to terrorists.
“These exemptions cover five kinds of limited material support that have adversely and unfairly affected refugees and asylum seekers with no tangible connection to terrorism: material support that was insignificant in amount or provided incidentally in the course of everyday social, commercial, family or humanitarian interactions, or under significant pressure,” a DHS official explained to The Daily Caller.
Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson and Secretary of State John Kerry signed the exemptions. DHS contends that the law change is “commonsense” and that immigration procedures will remain the same in other respects. (Excerpt) Read more at dailycaller.com ...
Hillary Clinton decried the kidnapping of Nigerian girls, but she never mentioned that her State Department (which she ruled w/ an iron hand)---- refused to place the savage "Boko Haram" terrorist group on the State Dept list of foreign terrorist organizations...... way back in 2011, after the group bombed UN headquarters in Abuja.
Hillary's refusal came despite the urging of the Justice Department, the FBI, the CIA, and over a dozen Senators and Congressmen.
“The one thing she could have done, the one tool she had at her disposal, she didn’t use. And nobody can say she wasn’t urged to do it. It’s gross hypocrisy,” said a former senior U.S. official who was involved in the debate.

I suspect Kerry is saying these things to draw a comparison between the terrorists of Boko Haram and the terrorists in the Republican Party. After all, Tea Partiers don’t want to spend money on health care of building schools, either.
He thinks he is being clever or subtle, but he is just being John F’n Kerry (who served in Viet Nam)
