This Nigerian foreign policy issue was intended to get Benghazi, Syria, Iran and ACA out of the headlines.
They're hoping for a foreign policy triumph except now it's backfiring because it points out Hillary's ineptitude in classifying the terrorist group.

You must remember that The messiah is not tainted with the burden of ex slave ancestry.

Bottom line though, the radio address, the archaic technology, is the equivalent of yet another Obama powerless pacifist visual attempts to be doing something.
