My Mother taught me that if you can’t say anything nice about someone then don’t say anything at all...and so I’ll say nothing.

Former Wisconsin Gov. Patrick Lucey, a hard-nosed Democratic politician

Good for him, had he been a Republican, instead of 'hard-nosed' he would have been 'bigoted'.

I remember him as the VP running mate of uber-RINO John B. Anderson who ran third party in 1980 because “Reagan Can’t Win”. The Reagan-Anderson-empty president’s chair debate forced Carter into a debate with Reagan.

Pro-Abortion? Who cares? Watch for the Catholic funeral. Watch for the rows upon rows of pro-abortion Democrats marching up for Communion.

Each time a pro-abortion “Catholic” receives Communion, it’s another mortal sin for the priest, and for the bishop.

First there was “I Like Ike” and then came “I love Lucey”. They don’t make campaign slogans like that any more.

Well that’s a good run, and RIP to him. Here in IL we’re more concerned with when our ex-governors come up for parole than when they die.

it is informative to remember where this jackass came from.

lots of times, for some reason, some Republicans don’t seem to think
that winning is important. —> perhaps a better way of putting it
would be that many Republicans in safe seats have the opinion that being in the majority is not important.

when Republican ‘A’ does not like Republican ‘B’,
“A’ calls ‘B’ a RINO. look at FR. happens all the time.

most people will not remember what happened.
I am not making this up.
The reason that Wisconsin got stuck with Lucey and
Nelson and Proxmire is that some Republicans got the idea
that .............’yellow margarine is bad’.................

Is that worth losing your country over?
Fighting over a few damn pennies?

(sorry about bad formatting)
