The House has held Lois Lerner in contempt, but it won’t use its power to place the former IRS official under arrest, Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said on Sunday.

Arrests are rare because those found in contempt almost always comply one way or another.

The rat bastards under the Obungler, will not comply with anything, anywhere, at anytime. Our blood will continue to boil unabated.

“If she were to sing by some miracle, she’d need protective custoday.”

No such thing (protective custody) exists for anyone who
is a threat to Obama. The Fuzz is union, on the dole and
in Obamas pocket. If she ends up dead, she was going to talk.
The only hope she has is to keep her mouth shut and pray
Obama believes she’s not going to talk. That may be why they
aren’t going to arrest her, it’s her only chance for survival.

“John Boehner is about as worthless to conservative principles as ... Barack Obama.”

John Boehner is playing the role he has been assigned. Conservative principles, his oath of office, or duty to the republic has nothing to do with his behavior.

What is the point of finding someone in contempt if there is no consequence?

The House MUST enforce it’s finding of contempt or it makes itself a farce.

I think citizens arrest and citizens interrogation is the only way to break the back of the totalitarians.

The republican party has been high jacked by a few powerful democrats. This is so ridiculous.

Kevin Brady (R) of The Woodlands Township, Texas is my representative in the U.S. House. He has voted to keep Boehner as speaker.

Brady won a primary challenge several weeks ago. I'd hoped he would have been tossed, but didn't happen. I will vote for the dog catcher before I cast another vote for Kevin Brady.

Lookin for an independent or libertarian on the ballot come Nov..

They need to find a lawyer as good as Gowdy. Trey has his plate full with Benghazi. Meanwhile Elijah Cummings is praying for a place to insert his personal race card now besides Lerner.

She’s a communist. She’s a true believer. She’s been promised nothing will happen to her except more government checks and a life of leisure.

It’s a lesser evil. So it’s OK. Principle is bad. Some on FR taught me that with all those freepers repeating it for the last 2 years.

This is what they got for their trouble. I hope they choke on it.

Arrests for contempt of congress are exceedingly rare. Only about 3 times since 1795.

Well if these are not rare times, would hate to see what rare times are.

I believe the first 2 were for bribery (meaning it will never happen for bribery again because congressmen just call them lobbyists now).

The 3rd was more complicated and took the supreme court to rule that congress had the authority to take such an action.

Remember the old saying?

If you want to anger a liberal tell them the truth. If you want to anger a conservative lie to them.

There’s a real good chance I’d be in the slammer if the House invited me to testify as to what I think of them.

And I wouldn’t just cuss ‘em out either.
