No....I’m thinking the other way. Hillary helps someone, who makes a promise to pick up Chelsea for some agency post (getting time and attention). Chelsea retreats after 2020 to some state apparatus like Maryland or Illinois and gets an attorney general position, and maybe around 2024....starts to look like a national candidate.
Why wait? Mommy and Daddy aren’t getting any younger. Chances are, neither will be alive in 2024.
