Moscow is banning Washington from using Russian-made rocket engines, which the US has used to deliver its military satellites into orbit, said Russia’s Deputy PM, Dmitry Rogozin, who is in charge of space and defense industries.

According to Rogozin, Russia is also halting the operation of all American GPS stations on its territory from June 1.

The Russian rocket engine issue is real:

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-05-01/pentagon-admits-no-solution-replace-russian-rockets-launch-us-military-satellites

And it’s completely insane that we’re dependent upon Russian rockets for U.S. military space hardware. Congress ought to act. Oh, yeah. Right.

So, it looks like ‘ol Putin is playing chess while our fool of a President is playing Go Fish.

Actually NASA is far too involved with creating global climate disruption faux science to actually worry about aeronautics and/or space.

What with NASA’s Muslim outreach, perhaps we can use magic carpets to get our satellites into orbit.

“What with NASA’s Muslim outreach, perhaps we can use magic carpets to get our satellites into orbit.”

Or, as one of the Russian Parliament members suggested, a trampoline.

Russia doesn’t know what it’s messing with.

And the West now has this. Maybe Zhironovsky was right when he said, "We never should have left Austria."

I am myself not familiar with “RT” as a news source.

What is this source please?

RT is the sanitized name for Russia Today. (And it is about as objective of a source as, say, Pravda is.)

...Er, well, we can call ah, well, anyone consider using the blow gun approach to launching materials into space??

Sounds like Zel Miller's speech of a decade ago.

“...This is the man who wants to be the Commander in Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces? U.S. forces armed with what? Spitballs?...”

Oops ... the man he was referring to is now Sec. of State.

“he US buying military related stuff from Russian doesn’t sound like a great idea.”

How many integrated circuits and chips in weapons systems are sourced from China?

There are national defense consequences for pursuing free trade policies that result in the decline of the nation’s industrial infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities. These are choices our politicians made for us.

And the benefits of globalization and free trade are?

RE :”And the benefits of globalization and free trade are?”

We get to keep our cake, and eat it at the same time too.

Low interest rates, lots of cheap $$$ to make our house prices go up, yet we can buy cheap stuff from Amazon too.

Who cares what food and gas costs?

Check out my i-pad.

That is part of the change that he promised and the American voters bought and swallowed and Congress has turned a blind eye to.

Now the question is, will there be changes made to these nationally self-destructive policies if the Timid Party were to regain the Senate, House and White Hut?

If not, there won’t be any reason to vote after 2016.

You misunderstand the situation.

This is all part of the flexibility that Obama promised Putin if he should be reelected.

Obama is keeping his promise (this time).

“The US federal governme The US federal government as currently constituted will not, and can never, be reformed. It must first collapse and be rebuilt from scratch.

Fortunately for us, we have a great working document to serve as a blueprint. All we have to do this time around is to create some kind of mechanism (better than the 10th) that ensures the states are primary.

The trouble is, a representative democracy such as we once enjoyed depends on a moral and virtuous people to succeed. Such people are no longer a majority, as the election and re-election of Obama demonstrates. A majority in this country have forgotten God and the penalty is about to be paid.
