Whether such an agreement exists or not is a moot point. If it exists the Russians just tore it up and burned the pieces.

Yeah, I think the docking hatched used for the Shuttle were the same as for Apollo. I’d say we need to bring back Apollo, but as you put it, it was “another America” that built it, man-rated it and improved it.
