Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions slammed the Obama administration Wednesday on the Senate floor for releasing 36,007 criminal immigrants being processed for deportation into the U.S. last year. These are serious crimes, and criminals, if youll recall and kept up with news, are the only group this administration says we are deporting. They dont even deny that theyre not deporting others who have violated our immigration laws but they promised faithfully they are faithfully removing people who commit crimes unrelated to immigration, Sessions said. Well, thats being proven not to be so.
On Monday, the Center for Immigration Studies released a report about an internal document which revealed ICE released 36,007 immigrants convicted of nearly 88,000 crimes -- including murder, kidnapping, and sexual assault.
So these dangerous offenders should be kept in custody. They shouldnt be released into the general population, Sessions said...

Hussein was snuck into office for one purpose and one purpose only — to destroy the United States of America.
Why is this just now coming out, or was it made public already? I doubt very much if they can recapture a large number of those released convicts, at least not many before November. It’s like trying to put now-diluted toothpaste back into the tube.
A clear violation of oath of office !!
Let the trials begin ...
Big deal. Sen. Sessions is a cracker and of no consequence
compared to these 37,000 VOTING, undocumented immigrants.
And, it matters not whom, or how many, they have raped or killed
because they all agreed to only kill American crackers
on the direct command of Obama or myself."
Just the beginning of this tragedy, more to come.
Then do something, Sessions.
The folks at the Bundy ranch had more spine than the GOPe.
America is way too discombobulated to do that, and it has to do with God rather than with the Constitution.
I have yet to see another congressman do more than Sessions on illegal immigration frontlines. I love the job he is doing, it is the rest of congress (except a select few) that are not doing their jobs.
If you are doing nothing better than anyone else it’s still nothing.
Accomplishing little is not the same as doing nothing. Sessions has tirelessly fought against illegal immigration for years now, it is time Alabama had some help from the rest of this nation on this battle. Do a google search of “Site:freerepublic.com illegal immigration randomcongressman of your choise” and see which name in congress comes up most often? Sessions...
If one of them goes back to Mexico and kills someone, Holder and Obama will let Mexico join a suit against any law enforcement who ever laid a finger on the criminal alien.
There’s nothing to physically make Obama enforce the law.
In the long term the passage of an immigration bill will actually codify these jail breaks. This is a just a glimpse. Whole categories of illegals will sue to break out of detainment.
I would really like to see the national breakdown of these released criminals. Dare I say, I believe the vast majority are Mexican.
Obama released 36,007 criminal aliens murderers inc. Worse than Castro’s Mariel boatlift which gave us 125,000 law abiders & 2746 criminals.

Dangerous offenders should be unceremoniously dumped off at Tierra Del Fuego. It’s a long walk back from there!
BUILD THE WALL, NOW!
You round up the illegals, bus them to the border and let them go south.
Barring that you deny them social services, employment and living accomadations. They will go home.
If the House has to shut down the government then do it.
They also need to impeach soetoro. Even if they win the senate they still won't do it.
