Michael Savage: Rand Paul is too short, wears “platform shoes”

Little guy, Rand Paul…smart guy, good platform shoes, but the thing is, he needs platform shoes to run. Short guys can’t win, I’m sorry to tell you.
This isn’t the first time Savage has made an issue of Rand Paul’s height. In June 2013, Savage joked that Paul was out shopping for “elevator shoes”.

I HATE people who are so critical of others physical appearence especially when that is the way God made them....
heavy boned, short neck, ugly nose,bald,weak chin, paper thin,etc etc....
and yeah, Christie is a very large man....
Micheal Savage must be in his "keep his show own" no matter how often he offends and who he offends...

Savage is correct. For men, short is seen as weak. For women I don’t think it matters. Other than that, Rand’s problem is compounded by his shrinking credibility.

James Madison was 5’4”. John Adams was 5’7”. A lot of crappy presidents were 5’8”. And then again LBJ was 6’4” and the current fraud is 6’1” so I wouldn’t put to much stock in a person’s height.

There is a good deal of objective study finding that attractive and tall people prevail over more highly qualified short and unattractive people. This is true in business as well as in politics.
The opponent is better of never making mention of it, the public will notice it and subconsciously handicap shortie.
