Thus with DoJ Criminal Victimization 2007 Table 42 I was able to verify

If someone can point to DoJ files with the old Table 42 data for the years 2009 to present I'd be happy to admit that I am wrong. That would mean the Holder's call for "honest" discussion was serious.
