I eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and as how much as I want. It's worked for me, and I'm not a miserable person religiously checking labels.
I've got a life to live, I don't have time for a hobby like made-up food allergies.

YOU'RE GONNA DIE! Whole grains are now on the same level as butter or is it sugar or is red meat or is it steroid fed chickens or is it mercury in salmon or ... I forget.
Think I'll have a cigarette and some rum to think it over. It's 5 o'clock somewhere in the world.
