My youngest son is working very hard to get into medical school, and finding that other obviously less-qualified candidates are getting in ahead of him based factors not related to merit.
And, my son is exactly the type of person you would want as a doctor if your life depended on it.
We *all* will be paying a dear price for this affirmative action crap.

You might want to suggest your son go to medical school overseas. If he’s Caucasian, (I assume he is), he might look into Medical Schools in South America, France (Doctors across borders). They have excellent medical schools in Cuba. Then of course, there’s Canada.
