Didn’t you see post 36?

Vigilanteman was totally wrong in that post 24, it was fake history, created out of thin air.

Ignore the ruling. Appeal it, but do not obey an ungodly and immoral and unconstitutional ruling.

“That is left to the States”

That’s the point. In state after state after state, marriage is defined as the union of one man and one woman. The leftwingers get around this by saying it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and it makes no difference if the people have voted it into law. One radical judge trumps all people, and the outlaw US Supreme Court lets them get by with it.

I tried to find an image of judges in gay colored robes, but no luck.

The GAY MAFIA have a solid strategy of taking down one state at a time. Makes no difference what "WE THE PEOPLE WANT OR VOTE FOR".

Score Perverts 18=0. What percent of America is gay? I have heard 2-3% from reputable sources.

Decades ago the people of CA fully understood what federal intrusion can do.

CA prop 187.

The results of the feds burning the ballots and declaring a victorious free election illegal, can now been seen coast to coast.

Then the corrupt judge refused to allow the National Organization for Marriage to defend the law.

The judge's hands were tied on this issue by what the Supreme Court did last summer. Roberts (along with Scalia, Ginsburg, Breyer, and Kagan) decided that third parties cannot step in to defend a voter-passed law when a governor or state attorney general refuse to do so.

So the judge didn’t refuse...His private fed club already took care of that.

Ya notice the government, courts and the feds always have an excuse?

No one is at fault, his hands were tide, it couldn’t be helped, there is no way to combat this, the decision was made...and on and on and on...

third parties cannot step in to defend a voter-passed law when a governor or state attorney general refuse to do so.

Why? It begs the question, why was a voter passed decision not the final word?

What happened to rule of the people, majority wins, majority rules, free elections, the will of the people?

Does the Constitution of the United States begin with “We the Federal Judges and Government?”

Or does the Constitution of the United States begin with, “We the People?”

The will of the people is being gagged, choked and strangled by those in government.

I’m far more surprised that Oregon had such a law. .

It was a constitutional amendment passed by 2/3 of Oregon voters. Oregon would have more Republican congressmen, but for liberal gerrymandering.

Where's your faith in the political process?

Well, let's see....

Grew up 90 miles from Chicago..

Then there was Viet Nam, then Carter, then Slick and then the past fifteen or so years with The 0 and his mob as whipped cream and cherry-on-top.

Still have some faith, but it's getting submicroscopic.

This issue requires a “sober” and “sane” response.

I think some of our fellows who are worked up about this issue are neither.
