Recently, there have been two shootings at Jack in the Box restaurant less than 10 days after they decided to ask law abiding gun owners to leave their guns at home. Now we have yet another “gun free” restaurant who has been the victim of criminals with… you guessed it, guns.
According to local media reports, The Pit in Durham, NC was robbed at gunpoint after just recently opening up the restaurant.
According to ABC11,
Authorities said just before 9 p.m. Sunday, three men wearing hoodies entered the restaurant through the back doors with pistols, and forced several staff members to lie on the floor.
The bandits assaulted two employees during the crime, but they were not seriously injured

I’ll bet that the business owner forgot to post a No Guns Allowed sign at the back door otherwise he wouldn’t have been robbed.
I guess you could say the solution was staring them right in the face.
EXACTLY what I was thinking. Make sure the NO GUNS signs are big enough, not written in retartet cursive, and on both the front and the back doors. Heck, even put one on the employee uniforms. These hoodie wearing robbers simply didn’t know they weren’t suppose to bring guns in the store.

I take it that the restaurant manager did not grab the gunman and say “Hey, the sign says NO GUNS!”

The posting of a “gun free zone” at a place of business creates civil liability. This owner created a dangerous environment which attracted robbers.

Durham- the town that brought you Crystal Mangum, who accused the Duke Lacrosse team of raping her after her strip show— and the knee jerk lib professors all lined up with her and the DA too concealed evidence. The DA lost his job and his license to practice law.
Durham— oh so liberal that they now recognize matriculada cards shown by illegals, as being the same as a driver’s license, giving them the OK to drive. A form of ID also acceptable for.....voting. Town is a ghost of its former humming tobacco/cigarette manufacturing millions and the golden age of jobs. It is a font of EBT and people on all kinds of welfare, coupled with militant leftism.

My daughter’s school has a prominent “Gun Free Zone” sign on the front of the building.
The site of it makes me cringe.
May as well say “Unprotected Innocent Children Inside.”
