House Demands Report From Obama on Efforts to Capture Benghazi Attackers

The U.S. House on Wednesday night quickly approved an amendment to a defense policy bill that would require President Barack Obama to report to Congress on what is known about those who attacked the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi in 2012 — and also what actions have been taken to capture the attackers.

The language also requires Obama to determine whether he has the authority to use force against the attackers, and makes a finding that the attackers still pose a security threat to the United States.

The amendment from Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.) was attached to the 2015 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a bill that will eventually have to be reconciled in the Senate before it becomes law.

Perhaps, but I think it is the gun running operation that these "good guy Islamists" that turned into "bad guy Islamists" were involved with. Always remember that about 30 CIA operatives were at the annex. We have publicly heard from exactly none, nada, zero of them. That is the key to Benghazi. If Trey Goudy can get these guys to testify, the Obama Administration will blow up.

PS There is no such thing as good guy Islamists except in the eyes, mind and polucy of Obama.

How do we know all those CIA personnel in Benghazi haven't been taken for a helicopter ride? Think 'extortion 17'. Anyway, it will be interesting to see if Gowdy can overcome the team of Democrats Pelosi has appointed to the Committee for the purpose of sabotaging it. I expect Cummings to run interference like we've never seen before.

Would be interesting to discover that Woods and Doherty were killed with weapons provided to the terrorists by the U.S.. Ouch! I still think Stevens was set-up by Hillary/Morsi to be kidnapped for use in gaining release of the Blind Sheik.
