OK, but release all of these criminal invaders in Capt. Colby Staysa's neighborhood. Close to his kids school. And in the parking lot of his grocery store. His church parking lot. At his favorite liquor store.

Isn’t usually the other way around? The feds demanding that Illegal Aliens be released?
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Illegals should be deported as soon as found.

When the adults get back in charge these municipalities should be informed that federal funds will no longer be forthcoming. Also, people harmed by the released illegals should be able to sue the towns in federal court.

And if Captain Colby Staysa gets hit by an illegal alien drunk driver when he is off duty, see if the needle on my “give a crap” meter moves at all.

Great idea. Handcuff them to the handrail of a nearby Federal building and call the U.S. Marshall service. That way there’s no discussion whether releasing them is “aiding and abetting” an illegal alien as defined in the Federal Code.

"Alameda Countys move follows Contra Costa County, which halted its compliance with ICE detainer requests last week in response to an April 11 U.S. District Court ruling in Oregon that found that states Clackamas County liable for a womans unlawful detention under an ICE request."
