When it goes bankrupt, funds will be pulled from other tax revenues, taxes will be raised, and then all else fails, Shumlin will cry that one state can’t go it alone, the plan needs to go nationwide. “Yes, we’re losing money on every customer but we’ll make it up in volume!”
