That Fascist P.O.S. is not leaving the Oval Office in 2016, not without force.

The left isn’t THAT ready to tip their hand.
They’d have to have massive gun confiscation first.

I’m just skeptical about our “democratic” institutions right now. I think we could do with more “indirect democracy” and less of the direct variety. Which is, of course, a forlorn hope since it runs counter to the general trends of the last 150 years of American governing reforms.

Apparently the oath he took was to ignore and attack the constitution.

I think that they should start teaching Government and History in schools once again. I will add Geography into that also. We no longer need basket weaving and “heather has two mommies”

Obama didn't teach any law. It was a symbol like the key to a city.
If you check every student at Harvard you would most likely find that
every student gets a Key so that one day if needed, they can use it for power.

His key was used to bamboozle the public into trusting him as an intelligent person.
All the truth was out there "not" being directly reported by the MSM.

One month, one day, or one semester. It's a token to a black man.
The token that Harvard gave Obama was to also cover their own butts by
being able to say they are not racists.

The proof of Obama' experience is the last 6 years. And he's not even learning on the job.

How about Sharia Law at the madrassa in Indonesia?

Ever notice how many Democrat presidential contenders get tagged by the Media as “Constitutional Law Professors” or “Constitutional Scholars”. When you dig into the details you find out that they taught a freshman course on organizing protests or some such drivel. Mostly, I think “Constitutional Scholar” is Media shorthand for “underemployed lawyer”.

<>Obama is frustrated because the Constitution is functioning just as the Founding Fathers intended and is inhibiting him doing just that .

Far from it my FRiend. The 17th Amendment transformed a federal republic into a democratic republic. In the hundred years since 1913, power has increasingly swirled into the vortex of the executive and judiciary. Both branches make law, while the popularly derived congress just looks on.

Elections have become courtesies, formalities extended to a people who wish to believe they still live in a constitutional and free republic.

Impeachment is what is called for, but there is zero chance of that.

If states are even half as corrupt as opponents of repeal of the 17th say, it means senators will look out for the interests of their states, and stop the encroachments from Washington, DC. All of the diktats from EPA, DHS, HHS would come to a screeching halt.

A Senate of the States was the Framers’ plan, and it worked. Freedom isn't secured from Bills of Rights, but rather from giving opposing interests a say in the government.

Well, in practical terms it is remarkably difficult to convince people they should disenfranchise themselves. :)

Yep. Another problem with the Constitution is that part that allows the people to vote. Why should we let people vote when the press and the political parties can do so much better at picking the candidates for us? /s

Obama, the so-called “Constitutional scholar” knows nothing about the Constitution. If this is the result of a Harvard education, then a Harvard law degree ought to be an immediate disqualifier for anybody seeking public office or employment.
