Brussels - Belgian officials say that at least three people have been killed in gunfire at the Jewish Museum in Brussels. Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders, in a post on Twitter, said he was "shocked by the murders committed at the Jewish Museum" on Saturday afternoon. He said he had seen the bodies of the victims. Interior Minister Joelle Milquet said at least three were killed in the incident, and a Brussels fire department spokesman said one person was wounded. No details were immediately available, but according to RTBF, a Belgian broadcasting company, a person a backpack opened fire then fled.

Ok, found some French articles.

http://www.lemonde.fr/europeennes-2014/article/2014/05/24/au-moins-trois-morts-dans-une-fusillade-pres-du-musee-juif-de-bruxelles_4425231_4350146.html

They are “evidently” considering antisemitism and they are calling this terrorism. They have one of the two, suspects and have interrogated him or her - they don’t say which gender (”personne” is feminine no matter whom you speak about). They Aren’t telling whether they caught the shooter or the one who was with the double parked car.

The shooter shot the three dead and the one gravely injured in the face and throat repeatedly.

FYI

Two of the Brussels shooting victims confirmed Israeli citizens

The couple, tourists in their 50s from Tel Aviv, were not carrying any identifying documents; a fourth victim died of his wounds overnight.

Israeli media reports visiting Tel Aviv couple in their 50’s were among four killed in Belgian capital; another fatality was a female volunteer at the museum.

Now is this a Euro, longing for the good ol days of Jew-killin’, or an “immigrant” from The Religion of Peace”?

Imagine being so consumed with hatred for a group of people, that you would arm yourself, head out to a tourist attraction, and gun down as many people as you could.

Evidently there was more than one person involved. So you’ve got more than one person harboring this hatred.

Honestly folks, I can’t even wrap my brain around this sort of thinking.

I’m a live and let live sort of guy. I may not have much respect for some groups, but I don’t think in terms of killing as many of them as I can.

Of course, that doesn’t include a terrorist camp or some such. Then they’re fair game. I would also say that if someone hated Jews and they thought the Jewish military was evil, I could at least see some thinking behind this, even if I would stridently disagree.

But to simply gun down people on a street, for nothing more than just being there?

There are some sick people out there. VERY SICK.

This is really nothing new in Jewish history. Jews in Europe and Russia were constantly in fear of random attacks over the centuries for merely existing.

In Russia, they were called ‘pogrom’, or ‘devastation’, another translation ‘destruction’.

I’m not as in tune with it as you seem to be, but I do subscribe to the premise. I know that Jewish hatred runs very deep.

I’ve never come close to buying into the idea a certain group of people should be destroyed. Problem players? Okay. That’s reasoned.

To me the Jewish hatred, it’s evidence of a sub-human mindset.
