Weird huh? But, the sheriff said everything he had complied with state laws. The only thing he did illegal was kill 3 people with a gun, 3 with a knife/knives and injure a couple with a BMW. Not counting him (maybe) popping himself. No long drawn out trial where he’d probably get off.
