In Luhansk quite high turnout / REUTERS
In Lugansk region as of 12:00 pm, 18% of voters has voted.
However, "Eastern variant" said Acting Chairman of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Iryna Verigin.
Irina Verigin said today that she was unable to exercise their legal right and vote for a presidential candidate in Ukraine.
"I spelled out in Krasny Luch, and unfortunately, activists and pro-Russian separatists have deprived me of the opportunity to participate in the electoral process", - said Irina Verigin.
That’s as good as the turn out in many democrat districts in the US!
There are two polling stations in town and most people are afraid to show up.
When I read this and posted I didn’t have on my reading glasses. I thought it said 200% hence my original comment. Some days I amaze me.
A virtual boycott of the polls in the east.
The 60% turnout came mostly from the Western half of the country.
If this is what the Maidan regime considers a victory, its sadly in denial of reality.
You are short the elevator to top floor bub,
Geez, your little green men and your thugs they dug up
in the east closed a lot of the polls, destroyed ballots,
and voting lists, burned polling places, threatened to
shoot voters, etc, and low turnout in the Donbass is
Maidan, Kyiv, Ukraines fault????? Your nuts..Ed
