And is the NRA to blame for the three who were stabbed to death? How about the cyclist run down with the BMW?

I understand this man is grieving but his anger is misplaced and it is due to the misinformation disseminated daily by liberals and the complicit leftist media.

I couldn't imagine what it must be like to be such a moron. To put myself in that place. Imagine.... Someone kills your kid, and rather than blame the killer, you focus your anger towards an organization that has absolutely nothing to do with the murder. WTF!

As I said, it's Pavlovian, like a dog trained to salivate when a bell rings. The bell has nothing intrinsically to do with food, it's a conditioned response. Similarly, hysteria about the NRA every time somebody is shot is also a conditioned response.

Lets see here dad, who had the most time with your son to influence him, you and your wife or the NRA. Don’t see anywhere that your son is an NRA member so where “H” do you get off blaming the NRA. Pretty pitiful to use your son’s death to further your obvious liberal bias.

Freedom of speech... allows a grieving parent to make an idiot of himself.

Is he going to put on his son’s shoes and go camp out in front of NRA HQ like Tom Mauser?

Well, the car would be AAA's fault, and I'm not sure if there's a National Knife Association or not.

Need to correct my post, had info wrong as far as influence, but the use of son’s death to further fathers liberal bias stands.

I blame the gasoline he used to get from crime scene to crime scene. When will we put an end to the ready availability of gasoline. After all, the possession of gasoline is NOT protected by the constitution. If not banning possession of gasoline at a national level, at least ban its sell and possession in California! How much longer must the evil results of gasoline possession and use be allowed to continue enabling criminals to get to and from crime scenes.

I’m sorry for you loss, mister. If you send government goons to take my guns there will be more. Many more.

Who made the knife, and who built the car? More to the point, who bought him the car? His parents? Why not blame all blondes for not living up to his expectations! Who filmed movies that made him think that blondes are promiscuous and filled him with an expectation of easy sex? Or that there was something wrong with being a 20 year old virgin?

And the father of the deceased? Did he warn his son about the dangers in this world? Knowing that “this insanity” existed in the world, why did he not buy his son a bullet proof vest?

With whom does the chain of causation for these murders start? Everyone is to blame except the person who did this. And while the person who did this was not “insane,” he did have a mental defect. Yep, Asbergers; he was born that way. Can’t hold him accountable!

In spite of all this, I hope the father finds some kind of peace, and that Asberger’s sufferers not be blamed for all this.

If the perpetrator’s father wants to blame the NRA, the AAA needs to be brought in also, as well as perhaps Buck or Kershaw, or Gerber, or Schrade, who manufacture tose deadly knives. Certainly, he had nothing to do with his son’s attitude? It must be the plethora of dangerous tools, eh? //sarc

Next time someone is hit by a car, blame AAA.
It makes as much sense.
NRA champions gun rights, gun safety and responsible gun use.
Nowhere does NRA promote senseless killings.

Since half of those murdered were with knives, I blame the knife industry for this outrageous attack! BAN KNIVES NOW!

(Oh, wait, that’s the UK thing isn’t it?)

Dude, this is a victim’s father. Not the killer’s father. You know nothing of the son other than he was killed and was innocent.

Or maybe the President of the NRA should have these figures at his disposal to answer the critics’ attacks. - When guns are OUTLAWED only OUTLAWS will have guns; and does any sane person doubt that OUTLAWS will continue as they always have? - I come from a culture that has always bore arms, to hunt, for an equalizer when protection is needed; and the current Pantywaist President can just stuff it. In WWII, my Daddy shot Germans in combat; he didn’t have to practice his aim much in basic training as he was already a crack shot. - If the people of this country let the current PP and Nancy Pelosi disarm them; they are skating on very thin ice. PP and minions, as usual, have it bass ackwards.

The father was an assistant director on a film series - “Hunger Games” - in which the main plot line is teenagers murdering other teenagers.

The killer was only trying to please, or at least impress, his father. "Look over here, Dad, I'm as good as you.

"Why didn't you give me a starring role in your life/movie?"

I’m sure LaPierre has a statement ready-to-go on this shooting, knifing, homicide by auto

Problem is, the media won’t go running to the NRA for a comment.
