If he really is the winner, it’s not that surprising. Vitali and his brother have been very famous and well thought of in that region for a long time. I suppose the most secure and lucrative political game in town is to be one of Putin’s communists. Unfortunately, I believe he is on Putin’s team of influence.

Oh yeah, they also both have PhD’s.
My daughter met them in Nashville. Said they are both very nice.
