Vogue has a circulation of barely over a million, counting every last page printed, many thousands of which never see the mail or the news stand. So they are trying to tell us that virtually every Vogue reader ran out and pre-ordered this book. Right.

My store (B&N ) has had the preorder sign up for a few weeks now. Haven’t ordered anything for anyone yet. We will get a shipment pushed out to us. We’ll shelve it or table it then eventually it goes away. Happens all the time. We don’t know of anyone interested. Check out leap frogging though. Companies buy copies of books in bulk the ship them out to other companies. All to increase rankings. And all legal.

How do you think "Dreams of My Father*" achieved its sales, making Obama about 15 million? The Left takes care of its own. Each of the above buys many copies, and re-orders more, whether anyone reads the damned things or not.

*E.G., The only guy who ever read Obama's tedious book was the lawyer who reported Barry to the Illinois Bar, which gave Barry the choice of a disciplinary hearing, or permanently leaving the bar, with all records sealed. To me that proves that not even Obama read his own alleged autobiography, because the info in the book contradicted the info on his bar application. Of course, we know now that Bill Ayers actually wrote it. Whateva!
