But how do leaders of the environmental left address these opposing doomsdays? By raising taxes, increasing government, impeding capitalism and reducing national sovereignty. Coincidentally, the same policies they would promote if their supposed environmental catastrophe was utter fiction.Nailed it.

The left never says why they REALLY want something; they always couch it in something appealing.
Amnesty is fairness to undocumented workers. Funny how it also helps them obtain a new reliable electorate as they phase out the old - which is what they REALLY want.
Abortion is woman’s right to choose. Funny how it also helps them balkanize the society for more votes, as they campaign on unlimited/tax-payer-funded abortions.

Al Gore has lectured us for years about how the melting ice caps are cause catastrophic rising sea levels. However Gore recently bought a $9 million SEASIDE mansion in California. Now if he actually believed that sea levels were rising why would he buy a $9 million seaside mansion? Either Gore is a total idiot who doesn’t realize that his mansion is going to be inundated by rising sea levels or he is a total hypocrite who has perpetrated a fraud and profited enough from his fraud so he can afford to buy this mansion.
