Maybe it was not the poll worker who cast the ballot. There are plenty of gubmint employees who would know the names and addresses of the dearly departed. I would look inside the IRS and the Social Security Administration.
Each precinct has a group of people working the election known as the election board. They swear to uphold the laws. In Indiana its is he clerk that is in charge of securing the ballot and initialing the back of each one.
I’m saying if there has been illegal balloting under their watch then those people who worked should be held legally responcible
