Short summary of these events:

65 year old vet goes to the VA for dialysis treatment.
Gets prepped for treatment by have a medical device inserted in his arm.

*** Waits 4 hrs without treatment ***

Decides that is long enough and attempts to leave for another hospital to receive treatment.
On his way out, the staff tells him he cant leave and calls the VA cops.
VA cops tackle him and apply pressure to the carotid artery which results in a stroke.
Stroke eventually kills the Vet.

According to other accounts, the vet did not fight or struggle with the VA cops. He was attacked, assaulted and killed without ANY probable cause. Further, the cops did not even attempt to assess the situation by talking to the vet. In my opinion, the cops committed murder and should be held accountable for their illegal actions.

I totally agree, Cops in general are out of control in America. They are no longer peace officers. They now view themselves as Carbinieri or Gendarms or VOPOS of the most dangerous kind. Not only are they protected by the Government and courts, they are protected by unions.

This had its initiation under Bush II after 9-11 and has exploded under the current occupant in the White House.

And (from http://www.courthousenews.com/2014/05/25/68182.htm):

// Jonathan Montano died on June 11, 2011, after VA police brutalized him at the VA hospital in Loma Linda on May 25 that year, his widow claims in the lawsuit. //

I’d not heard of this before now. JUNE 11, 2011. 3 YRS AGO.

// “Later on, one of the nurses at the VA Hospital in Loma Linda took Norma Montano aside, and told her that her husband didn’t fall, but was slammed to the ground by the VA Police, that Norma Montano was being lied to, and that it wasn’t right what the VA Police did to Jonathan Montano...She is represented by Jerry L. Steering, of Newport Beach. //

I do hope the lawyer was able to find surveillance video or bystander accounts/photos; still not finding that info. It will be all the more damning if video went missing (thanks again, ZULU).

Ahh, but you see, those cops went home safely that night. Nothing else matters. Nothing whatsoever.
