Submarines do not meet the federal standards for day care facilities. So we will have to scrap all of our current ones and build new. Of course, they won’t be able to submerge because that will violate the standards right there.

Article doesn’t mention, but, there have been cases of females sailors getting pregnant while deployed at sea. Not sure how that happens, but, can’t we say that the military just isn’t like civilian life? That mothers of small children should not be serving our country in that capacity? Or is it bigoted to say anything?
