President Obama announced Friday that White House Press Secretary Jay Carney is leaving the Obama administration.
The President crashed the White House briefing to make the announcement.
He praised Carney for his "good heart" and "temperament" as he dealt with the media.
"I'm going to miss him a lot," Obama added about Carney, 49, who took over as the President's chief spokesman in January 2011.

Carney was a snarky liar who constantly interjected anti-FOX news politics into his briefings - he was awful. His last breifing yesterday was a total embarrassment to the position.
