That will keep CNN occupied all weekend.
I thought the ADA protected the infirmed from being stripped of property and rights...
But “they” will stick pick on the guy, ridicule him, “hate” him
I hear about it on TMZ
I hear whole tapes he made with his mistress
And Anderson Vandberlit interview he didn’t seem right
I’d be suspicious here. Are there any financial incentives for the trustees to find doctors who will “find” Mr. Sterling to be incapacitated? I call BS and if this were my family, I’d consider a lawsuit for elder abuse.
“an inability to conduct business affairs in a reasonable and normal manner”
That’s true with most people I work with.
The first sign of Alzheimer’s is repeating yourself.
Although you may have done that on purpose.
In that case, that’s funny right there.
Mr. Sterling can cash out. These are his golden years. Meanwhile, the new owner, Steve Ballmer, wasn’t able to destroy Microsoft, despite his best efforts. Let’s see how he does with a basketball team. /S
So it sounds like the immaculate and revered NBA may have jumped the gun and bullied a sick old man. I would love to see the sale of the team get tangled up in court for years. Just because.
My mother's doctor told us that the only definitive test for Alzheimer's is a brain biopsy.
the actual title:
Donald Sterling Diagnosed with Alzheimer’s
AN EXERCISE IN LIBERAL “LOGIC”:
- Ronald Reagan (Conservative) developed Alzheimer’s
- Charlton Heston (Conservative) developed Alzheimer’s
- Donald Sterling has developed Alzheimer’s
- Donald Sterling is an evil racist & bigot
Therefore
- Conservatives are ALL evil racists and bigots.
- Conservative beliefs will cause Alzheimer’s.
Does this mean he can be excused for being a racist because Alzheimer forces the afflicted in to the past! He is not responsible for his actions!
Then, I believe all of liberal America owes the man an apology. I also believe that under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the NBAs sanctions against him should be ruled illegal. I further believe that they, Hollywood and Media, should be compelled to give him equal time to say any crazy-a$$ sh!t he wants to. /s
What’s wrong with Donald Sterling?
How convenient..........
I thought they had an agreement in principle to sell the team to Ballmer for $2 billion? What now? Is this an attempt to get out of it?
Hey if I owned a basketball team, I’d presumably be rich enough that I wouldn’t have to sell the team, and I sure as heck wouldn’t want to sell the team... but if you gotta sell the team, $2 billion is a pretty good price even for a team in Los Angeles.
Of course now that the price is $2 billion that means in 10 years some sucker will have to pay $3.5 billion or more. Imagine the Lakers should be worth even more.
