Donald Sterling is preparing to sue the NBA for $1 billion, according to a report from NBC News. The report comes a day after it was announced the Sterlings, actually via Shelly Sterling, had reached an agreement to sell the Los Angeles Clippers to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer.

Excellent. Call every NBA player as a witness who has publicly shamed the NBA with profanity, racist and homophobic remarks.
Make them read transcripts in court of what they said as they trash talked each other.
Call Magic Johnson and put him on the stand, asking why he SHAMED the NBA with his behavior.

I’ve worked for Ballmer’s old company. All I came away with after reading the synopsis was “Ballmer bets on another loser.”
