A Hampton man was arrested by police in connection to a shooting in the parking lot of a Waffle House early Saturday morning. Officers responded to a call just after 3 a.m. to the restaurant at 1811 West Mercury Boulevard, where the victim and the suspected shooter had left the scene, according to a news release from the Hampton Police Division.

According to a police investigation, the suspected shooter shot the victim during an argument, and an armed security guard working at Waffle House, who saw the incident, confronted the shooter, the release stated. The shooter pointed his firearm at the guard, who fired back once. The shooter, who was not struck, then left in a dark sedan, police said.

Not long police received the report of the shooting, they found a black Lexus matching the description of the suspect’s vehicle. Officers made a stop of the car in the 1100 block of West Mercury Boulevard and took Nicholas Jermaine Washington, 32, of the first block of West Virginia Avenue, into custody, police said. Washington was charged with one count each of malicious wounding, shooting into an occupied dwelling discharge of a firearm in a public place and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, as well as three counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, the release stated.

Blacks commit more crimes...

Everyone knows that... what matters is the unreported attacks against people of other races - based solely on black hatred and jealousy...

Denny’s is special. There are several of them around the US that look like MIB customs stations.

Customer: “batlhHa’ vanglu’taHvIS quv chavbe’lu’.”

Waitress: “Thelma! Do you speak Klingon? I think he wants a Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity. What’s Klingon for IHOP? Honey, what ah think you want is the steak ‘n’ eggs breakfast, extra rare.”

What are journalists learning these days? That sentence is a tragedy.

Any story involving use of a firearm in self-defense / defense of others / defense of property has a political aspect to it given our current political environment.

Do a search at YouTube for Denny’s fight. There is at least 1/2 hour to an hour of material there. You might have to go to Liveleak for the good stuff.
