Obama would like nothing better than to face impeachment charges before the November election. Obama loves just the discussion of impeachment because that would put him on the ballot in November, instead of Democrat Senators. it would energize Democrat voters.
No, we need to find a way to use the courts to stop Obama. It is too late to undo the prisoner exchange, but Obama could and should be sanctioned for the action.

TEA Party can be a confusion term, depending on who is using it for or against American Constitutional conservatives.

CNN’s Barbara Starr reports that a defense official confirmed that Bergdahl is scheduled for a promotion to the rank of staff sergeant later in June of this year.
Bergdahl was a private when he went missing and was promoted to the rank of specialist in June 2010. He was promoted in June 2011 to the rank of sergeant.

I happen to think that everything that Obama is doing is intended to taunt Republicans into attempting to impeach him. I think that is a huge power play.
The idea is that Obama is immune to impeachment and once the impeachment charges are not sustained by the Senate Obama will claim a mandate and make all his illegal actions quasi legal.
No any impeachment charges must wait until after November. After November, impeachment can and should proceed.

True, but it adds to the pattern of aiding the enemy for the upteenth time and it adds to the pattern of costing military lives, in the field and at the VA. Remembering our soldiers were disarmed in many Afghan neighborhoods.
