Grahamesty is about as honest as Obama is. He means none of this.
This reminds me of ~ 2011 when he went on a Sunday show and suggested we might need to modify the constitutions to end birth right citizenship for children of illegals.
Then he never mentioned that again, but it served its purpose, to rally the pro-amnesty Dems and scare off anti-amnesty Republicans. Also provided a smoke screen to those fools who rally behind empty words. 'Right on, he;s telling the truth'

There is a reason for him to get tough, midterms are coming, and he is getting challenged.
Obama does lots of things without congressional approval. He knows impeachment is not on the table. The worst that could happen for him is if a bi-partisan group of legislators goes down to the White House, confronts him, and tells him he has lost their support. That would be a de facto form of impeachment.
It takes 2/3's of the Senate to get him out....almost impossible...
Unless the Dems lose really big in the fall.

I disagree. The impeachment process overturns the will of the voters, it should not be easy. But legislature should have enough spine to use the process when a President decides he is actually a king and above the law.

Are the Republicans in the US Senate that dumb? Obama deliberately let the worst ones go first knowing darn well the opposition wouldn't take quick action, probably another committee and campaign issue. So he gets his way again, while the 'pubs take opinion polls and have committee meetings with their advisors to strategize what the best approach is so this will be a winning campaign issue.
It could backfire on the 'pubs. Nobody's going to change their voting practices to support impotent opposition.
