“Swirling in the bowl” is a kind way of putting it, in my not-so-humble opinion. For many, proper English has been flushed down the toilet, if they even knew it in the first place.

It is truly disconcerting to read some of the posts by Freepers, many of whom cannot spell correctly even the most common words (consider, for example, my tagline). This is compounded by their seemingly having no concept of punctuation.
