World War II veteran and former Republican 1996 presidential candidate Bob Dole said that Hillary Clinton's age will matter if she runs for president in 2016.
Dole, who turns 91 next month, was 73 when he ran for president with Jack Kemp. Democrats made his age an issue then, just as they made Sen. John McCain's age an issue in 2008. Regardless of whether it is fair, Dole said that Hillary Clinton's age will also be fair game in a potential presidential campaign.
“We had signs, ‘Dole in ’96,’ and the Democrats in some areas changed it to ‘Dole is ’96,’” he told Politico. “Hillary will be, what, 69? Age can be a factor. I think it was in my race, and it’ll be in hers.”

What happened is his campaign staff accidentally used a SNL Script instead of a campaign plan and Bob Dole was too busy making Viagra commercials to notice much.
When he wasn't on the Viagra set, his staff was afraid to wake him. The only one allowed was his Girl Friday Chief of Staff, who it turns out has been a Democrat all her life.
When you think "Bob Dole," think positively. After all, it was he who taught McCain and Romney how to campaign. BTW, if I run into Bob Dole, I'll give him your regards right before I throw the bum the beatin' of his life.

Bob Dole is doing a tour of every county in Kansas. Its a huge job and he really doesn’t have to do it but my hat is off to him and his WWII record, although I didn’t agree with everything he stood for, it was a time that D’s and R’s could come together for good, (I didn’t say excellent) legislation. Its not easy for him to get around and he has to have help getting up and walking. I could post a pic of Senator Dole and my wife but I don’t have the energy to look up all the tagging BS~.
