Oh yeah, californication now has a system that limits the general election to the top vote getters in the primary, regardless of their affiliation. It conveniently screws anyone except the uniparty.

I like the idea of the top two vote getters only in the November elections. Most often it is Dem versus Dem and the name calling during the campaigning gets hilarious.
