The Hershey Co. has sued a Colorado marijuana edibles company, claiming it makes four pot-infused candies that too closely resemble iconic products of the chocolate maker.
The trademark infringement lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Denver this week against TinctureBelle LLC and TinctureBelle Marijuanka LLC.
It alleges TinctureBelle's Ganja Joy, Hasheath, Hashees and Dabby Patty mimic Hershey's Almond Joy, Heath bar, Reese's peanut butter cups and York peppermint patty candies, respectively.

Oh no...pot does NOTHING to your brain. It has NO effect at all on your body- that’s why everyone who likes it wants it in EVERYTHING. What happened to ‘medicinal’?? Isn’t THC in pill form good enough? Now taking SMOKE into your lungs isn’t effective enough, they have to EAT it too? If there is NO effect why find any and every way to ingest it?
This disgusts me. We each have ONE brain- one- that controls our entire body. Why do anything to alter it for entertainment purposes? Why ADD to the impaired by chemicals/alcohol problem? So pot candy and cookies and muffins will be ok to sell now? And kids will NEVER try the candy, right? Hershey should sue like crazy. The way it’s going POT will be protected in all forms, and the evil CANDY will be regulated as ‘bad for you’.

All drugs should carry appropriate consumer information - alcohol, tobacco, pot - which is another reason they should be legalized; black market products are unregulated and have no consumer information.
