Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said Friday she is “disturbed and outraged” after she was informed by federal officials that not only has the government been shipping illegal immigrants out of Texas and “dumping” them in her state, it has no plans to stop.
“This is a crisis of the federal government’s creation, and the fact that the border remains unsecure – now apparently intentionally - while this operation continues full-steam ahead is deplorable,” she said in a statement.

They come from Central America, traipse through Mexico unopposed and walk across the border to be loaded into buses and sent to Az.
Immigration reform, yea that’s what we need. Instant citizenship. I just smell something extremely fishy here.
Send them to DC & Chicago so they can live with their true supporters.
We’re talking about an administration that is SUEING the State of Arizona for upholding federal immigration laws. This country is circling the drain, and I don’t know if a damn thing can be done about it.
The God of Heaven wills this to happen so there is no stopping it.
I’d prefer to halt them at the border and reroute them to DC.

Well Jan you are the Governor, grow a set and put a stop to it. I’m sick of these wishy washy governors who seem to think the Feds can come in their states and do anything they want. Its BS.
Would there be a way to prosecute the feds who didn’t follow the proper protocols for handling runaways? Surely the feds aren’t authorized to transport runaway minors to a different state and dump them there. Wouldn’t that be like abandonment by the feds without following proper protocols?
We gave up our border with the La Paz agreement, and the border is jointly administered by a commission in Mexico City. Here is a PDF with the border zone map that is very informative. It has been highly disingenuous for the media and govt. to have ignored the La Paz agreement in any and all border issues:

Where was Jan Brewer when her State’s judges decided against protecting businesses from harassment from homosexual militant groups?
Not there. Until they asked her to weigh in. She decided in favor of the harassers.
The threat was not having the next superbowl in her state.
She thought giving in to the admin would stop there. she’s theirs now.
Arizona can just enjoy it, along with John Mc Cain and the superbowl.

What was the La Paz agreement, who made it, and when?
If Congress ceded US territory from our border states, how is that any different than states themselves seceding from the US? If the Civil War told us that seceding isn’t OK, then why the heck should the feds be able to cede land from the states to foreign control (or joint federal/foreign control)?
A holding center in Nogales had to be opened “because the Department of Health and Human Services had nowhere to turn,” and a Department of Homeland Security official told the Associated Press “that children are sleeping on plastic cots but about 2,000 mattresses have been ordered, and portable toilets and showers have been brought to the holding center – a warehouse that has not been used for detention in years.”
The warehouse reportedly has a capacity of about 1,500, and a Homeland Security official said, “As quickly as we move them out, we get more. We believe this is just a start.”

What does Brewer care? She is out and the end of her term and on to some no show Corporate lobbying gig. She will do nothing about this except mouth some slogans and platitude for the TV cameras.
The feds are sending these kids to AZ to punish Sheriff Joe. He’s the only one who’s had the balls to legally address the crimes that put a foreign enemy combatant in our White House. The hordes of Hell don’t like law enforcement that actually enforces the law; it’s why they put Eric Holder in place to stop all federal law enforcement and turn the federal agencies into harassers of the innocent and abetters of the guilty.
The federal government has declared war on the states by doing this.
I suspect it is Obama’s vindictive version of punishing Jan Brewer for standing up to him.
