The Russians already have all the guns they need so all that we have to do is flood the market in Ukraine with cheap, reliable semi-automatic rifles. If we do that they will get into the hands of those that really need them to resist.
I agree. I think we should be supply the Ukrainians with small arms at the very least. It’s criminal that we are doing so little for them.
I am no fan of Socialism, and thus have little appreciation for FDR. THAT being said, he did speak with wisdom in his 1941 State of the Union which is applicable to our time:
